How much Money Back will I receive?

The Money Back is a refund of the purchase price paid for the Participating Product up to AUD $104.95/NZD $90.95)

 

When can I make a purchase?

Australia: 9.00am AEST 01 April 2021 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 30 September 2021 

New Zealand: 9.00am NZDT on 01 April 2021 and closes at 11.59pm NZDT on 30 September 2021

 

When can I claim my Money Back?

You may claim 30 days after the purchase date of the participating product, up to 11:59pm AEDT/NZDT 14 November 2021

 

How many times can I claim a Money Back? 

There is a limit of 1 claim per household in the promotion. 

 

How do I claim my Money Back?

To claim the Money Back Cash Back:

  1. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating retailer (including their online stores) within Australia or New Zealand during the Promotional Period;
  2. No sooner than the 30th calendar day following purchase, visit www.ethicalnutrientspromotion.com.au and complete the online claim form including providing details for an Australian or New Zealand bank account;
  3. Upload a scanned, legible image of the original receipt for the purchase of the Participating Product, including the date of purchase. 

 

What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?

You must provide an itemised purchase receipt. The receipt must clearly show the participating product purchased, the store where the product was purchased and the date and time the purchase was made.

 

How will I receive my money back?

The Money Back Cash Back is a refund of the purchase price paid for the Participating Product. Cash will be paid via bank transfer to the account details nominated by the claimant.

 

How long will it take to receive my money back?

Money back will be paid into the claimants back account within 14 working days of claim being approved.



What if my bank details are submitted incorrectly? 

It is your responsibility to check that the bank details provided are correct to ensure the money back Cash Back can be awarded. A claimant may forfeit the right to the money back if incorrect details are provided, illegible or details provided are mistakenly incorrect and linked to the wrong account. Please check all details provided on the claim form are correct before submitting.
